Musical education: 1997 - 1998 Training courses on empowerment, teambuilding and management. Percussion course in Dakar, Senegal
1996 - 1997 Education in several African drum techniques by African musicians, such Mousse Drame and Ali Dyanne Ros in The Netherlands.

With ISSOCO: winning the Best Soundtrack Award for the movie Almasita di Desolato at the Gent Film Festival in Flanders, Belgium.
Winning the Outstanding Award for "Expert and Rythmic Skills".
Performance with the teachers of the Berkely College of Music.
Winning the Gordito De Oro Award for "Curacao's Best Percussionist".
Performances in Surinam with the group Kaska di Pinda during the First Diaspora Festivals

2001 - Comparsa project: community drumming and singing at several schools and shelters (healing processes).
